This Blog has been created because of an arson fire that took place on Friday the 13th, December of 2002, on Lincoln Blvd. in Oroville, California. There has been no proper investigation concerning this fire, so I am posting the facts for the people to know what really took place with the photo's taken right after the fire. I would like to have the people decide what the truth is. Have you had an arson fire? Post it. Then, WE THE PEOPLE might have justice concerning these fires. Pamela Mulaskey
